Since 2002, By Request Mobile Dj Service has been one of NorthEast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania's premier boutique entertainment providers. We specialize in weddings, festivals, corporate events and large events - but offer packages for just about any occasion.
While you may see other names similar to ours - we are the area’s official By Request Dj Service - a registered and insured company in the State of Ohio in good standing with the American Disc Jockey Association. We pride ourselves on our professionalism.

In over sixteen years of existence, By Request has performed for countless weddings, schools and large public events in the the Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Youngstown, Warren, Pittsburgh and Columbus markets. Our business over the years has generally been referral based. We don't play commercials for ourselves or display tacky advertisements at events. It's that simple.
We operate on the philosophy of treating you the way we want to be treated. Planning an event can be a stressful time. Our goal is to try to simplify the planning process and perhaps even make it a little fun. We guarantee everything in writing so you know exactly what you'll be getting, and provide full backup and liability insurance for peace of mind.

We are a smaller company that offers custom all-inclusive packages and services to our clients. No staff of 20-30, no stock cookie cutter forms. You get a staff member on the phone - not a receptionist. The end.
Our equipment incorporates some of the newest cutting edge technology, and our music catalogue spans just about every format and decade you can think of including all of yesterday's favorites and today's hits.
On average, our resident Djs have over fifteen years of experience. They know how to run an event and are comfortable on the mic.
Having a great fleet of equipment and large song selection is just the beginning - We know how to use it! We continually train and strive to offer one of the best planning processes in the industry - with the goal to keep your event (and your guests) moving.
